YES, Vista Cay has plenty of FREE parking all over the resort community.
Is there Free WiFi in the Units?
Yes, there is FREE WI-FI High Speed Internet Access in all of our condos and townhomes with download speeds of about 200 MBPS.
How close are the various theme parks from Vista Cay?
We are located just 10 miles from Walt Disney World (10-15 Minute Drive). 4 miles from Universal Studios and the new Harry Potter Attraction (7-10 minute drive), and 2 miles from Sea World and Discovery Cove (4-6 minute drive)
Is there Free shuttle service to the airport and local attractions?
I highly recommend downloading the ‘Uber’ application for your smart phone. Uber is a private driving service that cost less or about the same as a taxi WITH tip included in the ride. Are there towels in the Units?
Yes! We provide eight towels in each unit. If you need clean towels during your stay, you may simply use the washer and dryer provided in the unit to launder them.
How far is the Vista Cay from the Orange County Convention Center?
We are located directly next to the North Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center and less than 0.5 miles from the South and West Concourses.
How can I ship a package to my Unit?
We do accept packages at the clubhouse at 4874 Cayview Ave., Orlando, FL 32819. There is a fee of $1.00 per pound and no larger than 50 pounds. USPS does NOT deliver to the club house, so Please Use UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or other Night Carriers. Make sure your name is on the package so the front desk know’s which reservation it is for. Check in time is at 4 pm. Can I check in at 7 pm?
Yes. you can check in anytime after 4pm. Our service desk is located at the Club House and is open 24 hours a day.
Is your pool heated?
The main pool is heated to 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature in the winter time. There is also 2 large Jacuzzi’s, 1 at the main pool and a more private one at at the adjacent (sister) property
Do you sell tickets to Orlando Attractions and Theme Parks?
There is a concierge desk located at the club house, there, you can buy tickets to all the local attractions. Phone number is: 407-313-4459.
What is the cost for telephone calls from your accommodations?
Vista Cay Resort by Millenium has FREE Local and Long Distance Calls Nationwide, including Canada & Puerto Rico.
What amenities does the Vista Cay Resort offer?
We have a fully staffed club house with two pools and Jacuzzis, Kiddie Pool, state of the art fitness center, business center with high speed internet and printing, Arcade, basketball court, movie viewing room, Gift and Supplies Shot, and ATM.
How’s the weather?
Orlando has a subtropical climate and has holiday weather all year round. Temperatures are hot in the summertime. Winter is dry and temperate, and occasionally night time temperatures can drop surprisingly low. Thunderstorms are common between May and September and tend to be short but heavy, offering a break from the heat.
How close are you to Orlando International Airport (MCO) & Orlando Sanford International Airport?
Vista Cay is located 10 miles from Orlando International Airport, straight shot driving directions on the 528 (The Beach Line) , about a 15 minute drive. We are 41 miles from Sanford International Airport down I-4, about a 45 minute drive.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at Vista Cay in a few selected units and are available based on request and availability. Only dogs are allowed and must weigh no more than 50 pounds. Service dogs such as seeing-eye dogs are allowed with advanced reservations. A Non-Refundable Fee of $75 plus 6.5% sales tax is required. NO other type of pets are allowed; maximum One Pet (dog) per Condo.
Is there a Kitchen in the Unit?
All Condos and Town Homes have a full size, FULLY EQUIPPED, Gourmet kitchen with convection oven, glass top stove, dishwasher, and built in microwave,. Kitchens also have all utensils, and pots and pans and have small appliances such as a 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
